We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented B2C Warehouse Associate to join our e-commerce fulfillment team. In this role, you will play a critical part in processing daily direct-to-consumer orders by picking, packing, scanning, labeling, and shipping individual items to customer doorsteps accurately and on time

Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick single and multi-item consumer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Quality & Packaging: Inspect products for damages, pack items safely using appropriate protective materials, and seal parcels according to company guidelines.
Scanning & Shipping: Generate and apply domestic/international shipping labels, scan out packages, and stage orders for carrier pickup.
Inventory Control: Maintain stock accuracy by verifying item numbers, quantities, and lot numbers.
Safety & Organization: Keep workstations clean, organized, and adhere to all safety policies and productivity standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF scanners, WMS software, and automated label printing systems.
Work Style: Detail-oriented mindset (essential for bulk audit accuracy), punctuality, and a strong team-first attitude.

Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift, sort, and handle heavy cartons/freight weighing up to 50 lbs.
Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull for full 8-hour shifts.
