Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Safely receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and supplies, noting discrepancies and completing required paperwork/logs.
- Perform quality checks and maintain receiving logs.
- Accurately stock and put away received materials and inspected finished goods.
- Maintain FIFO procedures and inventory accuracy through proper stocking and conducting cycle counts.
- Accurately pick and kit components for Production orders. Bag/seal kits as needed.
- Pick finished goods for shipment and stage them for final inspection.
- Work safely at all times, including using required PPE and being aware of surroundings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free department.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand, walk, reach, and handle materials.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and carry items up/down a stepladder.
- Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Must be able to wear safety glasses.
- Climate-controlled indoors with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Skills & Qaulifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer
- Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, instructions, pick lists, specifications) and write basic correspondence/reports.
- Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Computer literate, capable of minor data entry, navigating system work instructions, and using basic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
