We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for a medical device manufacturer on the north side of Madison. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy keeping inventory and deliveries moving smoothly, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a stable environment. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing packages, ensure product quality, and keep accurate records to support the daily operations of the facility.
Role Highlights
- $18 to $19 per hour based on experience
- 1st Shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Temporary to hire opportunity with long term potential

- Work with a collaborative local team on the north side of Madison
What You Will Do
- Pull, pick, and prepare products for domestic and international shipping using FIFO methods
- Process shipments and generate labels using carrier software for UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Visually inspect received packages for damage and verify contents against packing lists
- Record inventory receipts and shipping documents accurately in the company ERP system
- Perform quality control checks and communicate any order discrepancies with procurement
