Responsibilities:
Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and operate industrial floor scrubbers to keep aisles clear of debris, dust, and spills.
Waste Management: Empty large industrial trash bins and recycling containers; operate cardboard balers and trash compactors safely.
Facility Sanitization: Clean and disinfect high-traffic areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, and locker rooms.
Spill Response: Rapidly respond to leaks or spills (oil, water, or non-hazardous materials) to prevent slip-and-fall hazards.
Supply Management: Monitor inventory for cleaning chemicals and restroom supplies, submitting restock requests before items run out.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning chemicals are stored according to SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and maintain a clear path for emergency exits and fire extinguishers.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) floor buffers, power washers, and balers.
Reliability: A track record of punctuality???the warehouse depends on your prep work to start the day.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot hazards or mess in a large, busy environment that others might overlook.
