As our Receiving / Warehouse Clerk, you will manage the vital flow of goods that keeps our business moving. Your mission is to ensure incoming shipments are accurately documented and stored, while outgoing orders are prepared for efficient dispatch. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting our daily success.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming goods, verifying quality and accuracy.
- Use our digital systems to document and track stock levels.
- Organize and place items in their designated warehouse locations for peak efficiency.
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments to meet high quality standards.
- Work closely with shipping partners to ensure timely departures.
- Participate in regular inventory audits to reconcile and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading/unloading and support cross-departmental goals.
Skills:
- Comfort using basic computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, contribute to a team, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A background in warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of standard shipping and receiving processes.
- A keen eye for detail and a highly organized approach to tasks.
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely.
