Shift is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some weekends
Responsibilities:
Greet and guide truck drivers to their assigned loading/unloading ports to ensure efficient traffic flow.
Data Entry: Log all shipment data, seal numbers, and arrival/departure times into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Administrative Support: Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), manifest documents, and other shipping/receiving paperwork.
Communication: Act as a liaison between drivers, warehouse floor staff, and the dispatch team to resolve any scheduling delays.
Inventory Tracking: Assist in verifying pallet counts and product codes against digital records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in a warehouse office, dispatch, or shipping/receiving role.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to navigate logistics software, Microsoft Excel, and email quickly and accurately.
Willingness and ability to work in a cold storage environment (temperatures ranging from 34??F to -10??F) for portions of the shift.
Ability to handle high-volume data entry while managing constant interruptions from arriving drivers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse driver populations and internal teams.
Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish
