The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while serving as a point of contact between associates and management. This role requires the ability to perform all standard warehouse functions, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control, while also providing guidance, problem-solving support, and communication with the office team. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
-Perform all standard warehouse associate duties, including:
-order picking, packing, and shipping
-receiving and stocking inventory
-cycle counts and inventory control
-maintaining a clean and organized work environment
-tasking work appropriately to associates
-Lead by example to promote accuracy, productivity, and safety on the warehouse floor.
-Answer associate questions and provide on-the-spot problem-solving support
-Act as a communication link between the warehouse floor and office team, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, inventory, and priorities.
-Monitor daily workload and help adjust task assignments as needed to meet deadlines
-Identify issues in processes inventory discrepancies and collaborate with management to resolve them.
-Train and support new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Comfortable using warehouse systems, and basic computer applications.
-Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required by the role.
