We are seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor to support the daily operations of our on-site MHC and Buffer Warehouse. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Transportation teams to ensure efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of finished goods.

You will help optimize warehouse layout, boost labor efficiency, maximize asset utilization, and ensure a safe, high-performing work environment. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong decision-making, and the ability to step in for the Distribution Manager or Supervisors when needed.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support MHC operators in daily warehouse activities including sorting, receiving, unitizing, and shipping
Maintain safe, clean, and compliant warehouse conditions
Ensure efficient warehouse layout to maximize productivity & reduce damage
Partner with Supply Chain & Logistics teams to coordinate product flow
Maintain equipment and oversee work areas (docks, rework, pallet prep, etc.)
Train and coach team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Apply Total Quality Management principles and lean practices to drive performance
Serve as backup to Warehouse Manager / Distribution leadership
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
Experience supervising or leading warehouse/distribution teams
Strong understanding of warehouse processes & equipment
Ability to lead, train, and coach team members effectively
Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement / Lean / TQM practices
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service & Supply Chain

Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing/distribution environment
MHE/forklift experience (certified or willing to certify)
WMS/ERP system knowledge
Safety & quality-focused mindset
