We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our fulfillment and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory-from receiving and storage to shipping and returns-while maintaining a culture of safety and high performance. Responsibilities:
Direct all daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, inventory placement, RA (Return Authorization) processing, and outbound shipping.
Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Manage scheduling and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds daily productivity targets.
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy; oversee the resolution of discrepancies or damaged goods.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and health regulations. Lead safety training sessions and ensure the facility remains in compliance with industry standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for external carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement Lean or continuous improvement strategies to enhance overall throughput.
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.) and ensure the facility is organized and audit-ready at all times.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, shipping accuracy, and labor efficiency to senior leadership.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Direct experience with NetSuite or high-tier ERP platforms.
OSHA certification or formal safety management training.
Knowledge of CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) or international shipping regulations.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements that resulted in measurable cost savings or efficiency gains.

Qualifications:
4???6 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, distribution, or logistics.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a large team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Deep understanding of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory control best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to remain active for extended periods and lift/move heavy items as required by operational needs.
