Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage,
picking, packing, and shipping
Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff to meet productivity and
accuracy goals
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping using warehouse
management systems (WMS)
Enforce safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet
delivery deadlines
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and work areas
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, or employee issues
Prepare reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and labor performance
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
