As a Machine Operator / Material Handler, you are essential to the manufacturing process. This is a Temp-to-Perm position, offering a clear path to becoming a full-time employee with a global industry giant.
We utilize a 12-hour rotating "2-2-3" schedule, which provides a unique balance of work and personal time.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.
The Schedule Explained: You work 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
You work 2 days, stay off 2 days, and work 3 days.
Result: You only work 7 days out of every 14, and you get a 3-day weekend every other week!
The Rotation: Every 28 days, the entire schedule flips. If you were working 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, you will transition to 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM for the next month.
Responsibilities:
Production Control: Operate and monitor high-speed machinery producing high-volume beverage packaging.
Material Management: Feed raw materials into the machines and remove finished products for palletizing and shipment.
Rigorous Quality Checks: Perform constant visual and physical inspections to ensure products meet exact structural specifications.
Operational Safety: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and strictly follow "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP).

Detail Oriented: Ability to spot defects in a fast-moving production line.

Qualifications:
Industrial Experience: MUST HAVE MINIMUMU of 6 months in a manufacturing or high-speed industrial environment.
Schedule Commitment: You must be fully committed to the 12-hour shifts and the Day-to-Night rotation every 28 days.
Education: GED or High School Diploma required
Reliability: A rock-solid understanding of the importance of attendance and punctuality.
Regulatory Compliance: To meet safety and food-grade packaging standards, fake nails and eyelash extensions are not permitted on the production floor.
Logistics: Reliable transportation to the Perry, GA facility is required.
