We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Production Worker to support daily production, assembly, material handling, and general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to work safely in a production environment, operate equipment, handle materials, and perform a variety of production-related tasks. Responsibilities:
This is a physically active production position. Employees must be able to:
Stand for extended periods during the workday.
Bend, stoop, reach, turn, and handle materials repeatedly.
Lift, carry, position, and maneuver materials associated with normal production work.
Wear and work in a respirator when required.
Work in hot production or shop conditions while wearing required PPE.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Safety Expectations
Safety is an essential responsibility of this position. Employees are expected to follow established safety procedures, properly use required PPE, operate equipment only when trained and authorized, and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
Ability to safely operate a forklift or successfully complete required forklift training.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness and ability to perform different production duties based on daily workload and operational needs.
Safely work around forklifts, machinery, power tools, wood products, dust, and other normal production and warehouse conditions.
