1st: Mon-Fri 6am - 2:30pm
3rd: Sun - Thurs 11pm - 7am
Responsibilities:
As a Composite Operator you will plan layouts and perform various production operations. Work on self-directed teams with minimal direct supervision; follow general instructions, specifications, and operating procedures. Perform manufacturing activities involved in the preparation, fabrication and assembly operations of composite parts for both production and developmental programs
Use hand, power and machine tools to facilitate preparation.
Cleaning, processes of molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, or machinery.
Use simple inspection devices such as protractors, calipers, micrometers, tapes, tension or weight scales, gauges, etc. to ensure quality of operation processes performed.
Assure product quality.
Organize work areas, plan tasks with team, perform assigned work and meet or exceed cost, quality and schedule needs.

Able to perform basic shop mathematics.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in manufacturing production
Hand eye coordination for manual dexterity.
