Data Extraction & Input: Review physical medical records to identify required key data fields and enter them accurately into the client database.
File Management: Retrieve physical file boxes from storage pallets (stacks up to 5 boxes high), organize records at your workstation, and securely return completed files to storage.
Accuracy & Efficiency: Maintain high standards of accuracy and maintain steady typing output to meet keystroke performance targets.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Data Entry Speed & Precision: Proven ability to maintain a high keying pace of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) while delivering 100% data accuracy through double-key verification systems.
Attention to Detail & Organization: Exceptional focus on detail and strong organizational skills to accurately identify and extract specific medical data fields.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, lower, and carry file cartons weighing 30?50 lbs between pallets and workstations (lift heights ranging from 13? to 45?) approximately once every 5?7 minutes.
Adaptable & Resilient: Maintains a positive, steady focus during repetitive tasks and easily adjusts workflow based on feedback or process updates.
Ergonomic Flexibility: Comfortable working in a role that balances 95% seated, high-focus desk work with 5% active lifting and file box movement.
