Responsibilities:
Pick and pack products accurately
Prep merchandise for storage or shipping
Feed production lines and maintain constant workflow
loading/unloading shipping and receiving service departments
The Details:
Pay: $20.65/hr (Weekly Pay!)
Shift: Tuesday ??? Friday | 4:00 PM ??? 2:00 AM
Location: Madison, AL
Opportunity: Temp-to-Perm with pay bumps and full benefits once hired on permanently.

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Punctual and dependable work ethic

Communication skills - able to read, speak, and understand English
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Safety-conscious with the ability to follow procedures and wear protective gear
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) is a plus

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout 10 or 12 hour shifts
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Accurately read labels, tickets, and documentation
Maintain precision in picking, packing, and product handling
Identify and report errors or damaged goods
Show up on time and complete scheduled shifts
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Consistently meet productivity and attendance standards
Clearly communicate with team members and supervisors
Willingness to learn warehouse systems, barcode scanners, and labeling tools
Understand and follow safety guidelines
Wear required protective gear consistently
Remain alert and proactive in avoiding potential hazards
