In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an extraordinary experience to clients, supporting financial advisors, and driving operational excellence. You will serve as an essential partner in helping local families navigate their financial goals with total confidence and ease.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service and support to clients, prospects, and team members
Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and daily service requests
Coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for client meetings
Manage client communications and complete timely follow-up activities
Support financial advisors with administrative and operational tasks
Assist with planning and executing client events, seminars, and educational programs
Maintain accurate, seamless client records and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve daily operational processes and enhance efficiency
Help ensure a smooth, professional client experience at every interaction
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of account opening and maintenance processes
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of client service experience within the financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
