In this dynamic role, you will work closely with advisors, clients, and the operations team to keep daily workflows running smoothly. You will play a vital role in managing account processes, supporting trading and cashiering activities, and providing the reliable backend support that helps clients reach their financial goals with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Open, maintain, and update client accounts while coordinating all necessary documentation and paperwork.
Execute cashiering duties, including managing wires, check deposits, stock transfers, and cash movements.
Monitor account transfers, track cost basis information, and keep thorough, accurate client records.
Assist with trading support, operational reporting, and account reconciliation tasks.
Collaborate with the internal team to refine procedures and continually improve operational workflows.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience using custodial platforms, financial CRM systems, and account processing workflows.
Background in financial services, wealth management, banking, or RIA operations.

Experience:

Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and client recordkeeping skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
