As the Web Designer, you will be the bridge between creative concept and technical execution.
Position Highlights
* Status: Direct Hire, Full Time
* Location: On-site in Ocala, FL (34481)
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
* Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (Depending on experience; highly qualified candidates may be considered for a higher range)

Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Creating visually compelling, user-friendly websites and custom themes using WordPress, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Brand Evolution: Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across web and print media.
- User Experience: Implementing UX/UI and accessibility standards to ensure websites are optimized for all devices.
- Content Creation: Developing graphics, icons, and video content for social media, and taking professional photos/videos as needed.
- Collaboration: Partnering with developers, content creators, and cross-functional teams like Sales and Operations to align with business goals.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

- Bilingualism: The ability to speak Spanish is considered a plus.
- Multimedia Expertise: Practical experience in photography is highly beneficial for capturing original content for web and print.

- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, and WordPress.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a "continual learner" mindset.
