Responsibilities:
Set up and operate resistance welding equipment to produce quality parts and assemblies.
Perform resistance welding operations including spot welding and seam welding.
Review work orders, blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Position and secure materials and components correctly before welding.
Adjust machine settings, welding parameters, pressure, timing, and current as required.
Monitor welding operations to ensure consistent weld quality.
Inspect completed welds for proper appearance, strength, and conformity to specifications.
Perform measurements and quality checks using appropriate tools.
Identify welding defects, equipment issues, or material problems and report them promptly.
Make necessary adjustments to equipment and processes to maintain product quality.
Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance as required.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work with Production and Quality teams to meet production and quality goals.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous resistance welding experience.
Experience with spot welding.
Experience with seam welding.
Experience with machine-based welding equipment.
Experience setting up and adjusting resistance welding machines.
Familiarity with welding parameters such as current, pressure, and weld time.
Experience working with sheet metal or fabricated components.
Ability to troubleshoot basic welding and equipment issues.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools.
Previous experience in precision manufacturing or metal fabrication.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience.
Experience operating production or welding machinery.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Basic understanding of welding processes.
Ability to perform visual and dimensional quality inspections.
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to safely operate machinery and follow established procedures.
Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
