Welder
We are hiring a Welder for a premier custom metal fabrication partner in the Fall River, WI area. In this role, you will work on a wide variety of metal components and custom assemblies, using multiple arc welding processes to produce high-quality finished products.

- Pay range of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus a 20% shift premium for off-shifts
- 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available
- Full-time position with long-term stability

What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret American and European blueprints, geometric callouts, and weld symbols
- Use GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW processes to weld assemblies, tanks, and structural metal parts
- Perform precision welding across carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Utilize fixtures, gauges, and jigs to assemble parts to precise customer specifications
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, height gauges, protractors, and tape measures
- Perform pressure and hydro testing on fabricated tanks to ensure structural integrity
- Recommend process improvements to help streamline production and enhance quality
What You’ll Bring
- Technical diploma in welding preferred, or equivalent hands-on industry experience
- Experience with GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW welding processes
- Strong blueprint reading skills and confidence using precision measuring equipment
- Solid math skills, including working with fractions and decimals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in an active shop environment
