If you take pride in laying down clean, strong beads and want to work on diverse industrial assemblies from start to finish, this team provides the environment to do it. As a Welder, you will play a critical role on the production floor, using blueprints and fabrication techniques to assemble heavy-duty components for demanding commercial equipment.

What You Will Do
Fit, position, and weld custom metal components according to technical blueprints
Operate MIG, TIG, or flux-core welding equipment across various material gauges
Inspect completed weldments to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
Clean and prepare metal surfaces using grinders, clamps, and hand tools
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety protocols
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous MIG, TIG, or structural welding experience in a manufacturing shop
Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and weld symbols
Attention to detail and sound knowledge of metal shop safety
Physical ability to stand for full shifts and safely lift up to 50 pounds
