Responsibilities:

• Weld and fabricate metal components according to blueprints, schematics, and job specs
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds to ensure high-quality standards and precise tolerances
• Perform prep work, including cutting, grinding, and positioning materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

Skills:

• 2+ years of professional welding or metal fabrication experience
• Vocational training or welding certification (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, or heavy machinery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of welding processes (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and hand tools
• Ability to read basic blueprints and measuring tapes
• Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and reliable attendance
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
