Responsibilities:
Financial Processing: Generate customer invoices and accurately input payments using SAP and Microsoft Office.
Operations Support: Create, process, and track work orders to ensure all service tasks are documented and billed correctly.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) is required.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a confined/small office space and remaining seated for extended periods.
Reliability: Ability to commit to a standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with a 30-minute lunch and consistent Saturday morning overtime.
Soft Skills: Strong independent work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively in a two-person team.
