Job Description:
We’re hiring Entry-Level Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Saint Marys, PA! No prior experience is needed — just bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
You will do the following as a wood worker:
- Examine incoming wood units for damage or wear
- Use hand and power tools (such as hammers, nail guns, and pry bars) to perform repairs
- Replace damaged boards and components with new materials
- Sort and stack finished units by size and type
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety standards and meet daily production targets
Responsibilities:
- Job Responsibilities as a wood worker
- Experience in general repair, carpentry, or construction (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and transportation
