Job Description:

We’re hiring Entry-Level Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Saint Marys, PA! No prior experience is needed — just bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. 

You will do the following as a wood worker:

• Examine incoming wood units for damage or wear
• Use hand and power tools (such as hammers, nail guns, and pry bars) to perform repairs
• Replace damaged boards and components with new materials
• Sort and stack finished units by size and type
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety standards and meet daily production targets

Responsibilities:

• Job Responsibilities as a wood worker
  • Experience in general repair, carpentry, or construction (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and shop equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
