As the Senior Vice President of Franchise Development at Spherion, he splits his time between executive support and franchise sales in the Western US. Dan provides strategic guidance and coaching for a group of Spherion franchisees as they grow and expand their Spherion franchises. He also recruits new franchise owners who want to join Spherion's award-winning brand.

Dan is the author of the Franchise Broker's Handbook, a professional development book about how to increase sales and streamline operations In the franchise brokerage business.
