The Spherion Metro market opportunity is available in select metro markets, primarily densely populated urban areas like the city core of Chicago, Houston, etc. The Metro model is built specifically to support Administrative and Professional job descriptions with Temporary, Temporary to Hire and Permanent Placement staffing services. 

Territory's are typically built by zip codes and may be a single or multiple zip codes. Office locations are typically located in a professional office building.

Suburban Market Model
Spherion's Suburban market model is available in many mid-sized cities and towns as well as some more rural areas.  Cities like Fort Collins CO, Corpus Christi TX and Syracuse NY are typical examples of the Suburban market. The Suburban market services primarily Light Industrial and Administrative positions and in some markets as the opportunity for Professional services as well. 

Suburban market geographies are typically defined by counties, either a single county or multiple counties. As with the Metro model you'll provide Temporary, Temporary to Hire and Permanent Placement staffing services. Suburban office locations are most commonly located in a strip-type shopping center that is anchored by a landmark like a grocery store or bank. The Suburban market model always starts with one office however multiple offices may ultimately be desired or needed to provide full coverage of the assigned territory.
