Responsibilities:
Input and review data within our ERP system regarding quotes, orders, shipments, and invoices.
Daily administration of the Salesforce and phone queues.
Office Participation: full time on-site presence.
Learning & Development: Monthly completion of assigned courses to include passing grade on completion examinations.
Participation in supervisor meetings, departmental meetings, and monthly company town halls per advisory of Operations Manager.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
