The Assembler position pays $17/hour working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday with overtime that is always available on Friday. The 1st Shift Assembler position is a temp-to-hire role in which you main responsibility will be ensuring that windows are properly sealed for the finished products.

Job Description:
Assemblers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling windows, tracks, and panels using hand and power tools
- Properly following procedures and guidelines in the production area
- Meeting daily production quotas
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting in other areas as needed
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
Physical:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Skills:
- Must be able to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Must be able to work in a safe manner
