In this role, you will play an essential part in assembling and preparing high-quality corrugated packaging materials. You will work alongside supportive team members in an environment that prioritizes workplace safety, clear communication, and personal success. Responsibilities:
Product Assembly: Safely operate cardboard-cutting and box-stapling machinery to build corrugated packaging products to specification.
Material Handling: Move raw materials, finished stock, and empty pallets around the facility to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.
Quality Inspection: Examine incoming raw stock and finished goods for imperfections or damages, making sure every shipment meets high standards.
Workplace Safety and Housekeeping: Keep your individual work station organized, follow all facility safety protocols, and wear the required personal protective equipment.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
One or more years of prior experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor setting.
Experience utilizing industrial hand tools, automated equipment, or packaging machinery.
Familiarity with inventory tracking, quality checking, or material handling techniques.
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.
Capability to regularly lift items weighing between 10 and 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to read a standard tape measure and precision measuring tools accurately.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for steady handwork and machinery operation.
Excellent attendance habits, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Openness to working overtime or weekend shifts when production schedules demand extra support.
