In this role, you will play an essential part in assembling and preparing high-quality corrugated packaging products during afternoon and overnight hours. You will work alongside supportive team members in an environment that prioritizes workplace safety, open communication, and individual success. Shift and Schedule
Standard Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (12-hour shift schedule).
Flexibility Note: Daily shifts may adjust to 10 hours based on daily production demands, offering flexibility while maintaining steady full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Product Assembly: Safely operate cardboard-cutting and box-stapling machinery to assemble corrugated packaging products to exact specifications.
Material Handling: Transport raw materials, completed goods, and empty pallets across the facility floor to keep operations moving efficiently.
Quality Verification: Visually inspect incoming raw stock and finished items for defects or damages, ensuring every product meets quality standards.
Workplace Safety and Housekeeping: Keep individual workstations clean and organized, follow plant safety procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Skills:
One or more years of prior experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor environment.
Experience operating basic industrial hand tools, automated equipment, or packaging machinery.
Familiarity with quality checking, inventory movement, or material handling techniques.

High School

Qualifications:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for shifts lasting 10 to 12 hours per day.
Capability to regularly lift items weighing between 10 and 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to read a standard tape measure and precision measuring tools accurately.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for steady handwork and machinery operation.
Excellent attendance habits, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Openness to working overtime or weekend shifts as production schedules require.
