Job Description:
Assemblers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.
Responsibilities:
- Use power and hand tools to assemble windows according to precise quality standards
- Consistently meet production targets while maintaining a strong commitment to safety
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing constructive feedback
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping
- Provide flexible support by assisting other departments and working overtime to meet business needs
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
