Job Description:
Assemblers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.
Responsibilities:
- Use power and hand tools to assemble windows according to precise quality standards
- Consistently meet production targets while upholding safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with constructive feedback
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist other departments and work overtime as needed to meet business demands
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Skills:
- Must be able to use hand and power tools efficiently
