Spherion is hiring for 2nd Shift Assembly Workers in Burgettstown. The pay rate for the Assembly position is $17.50-$19.50 an hour. The Assembly position is Monday through Thursday 3:30pm-2am with OT always available on Friday. This is a full-time position where you will be assembling wooden crates with hand and power tools. Training for this position is on first shift which is 5a-3:30p.

Job Description:
Assembly Workers will be responsible for assembling and packaging crates along with smaller pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden crates to specification using power and hand tools
- Uphold high standards for quality craftsmanship and workplace safety
- Consistently meet or exceed production quotas
- Use computer systems and scanners to manage work orders
- Assist other departments and work overtime to meet business demands
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Skills:
- Must be able to use hand tools efficiently
- Must be able to work in a safe manner
