Responsibilities:
*Drive Regional Growth: Source, qualify, and close B2B partnerships with luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, and corporate accounts across Santa Barbara County.
*Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales from initial outbound prospecting and tailored presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
*Account Relationship Management: Nurture newly signed accounts to ensure seamless onboarding, client satisfaction, and ongoing expansion/upsell opportunities.
*Pipeline & CRM Discipline: Maintain clear forecasting, pipeline visibility, and client records while maintaining a strong bias toward active selling.
*Shape Strategy: Collaborate directly with leadership and operations to build, refine, and scale a practical sales playbook.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Strong consultative sales background with an existing network in hospitality, private clubs, corporate wellness, or HR.
*Experience helping an early- or growth-stage company formalize its sales process.
*Familiarity with sales and business tools such as Bigin/Zoho CRM, Microsoft 363, Canva, Adobe, and modern productivity tools.

*Proven B2B Sales Success: Track record of independently sourcing, pitching, and closing B2B business with strong outbound prospecting skills.
*Relationship Management: Experience expanding existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
*Tech & Service Aptitude: Ability to quickly master and articulately present the client's hybrid service-and-technology platform to key decision-makers.
*Polished Professional Presence: High level of professional maturity and presentation appropriate for interacting with executives in luxury hospitality and wellness environments.
*Strong Client Communications: Ability to independently draft polished, error-free proposals, client emails, and presentations.
