Responsibilities:
Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed.
Provide effecient customer service to clients and vendors
Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data reconciliation, billing, and efficient communication .
Monitor vendor accounts and follow up as necessary.
Prepare and maintain reports related to billing/account activities.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related
Previous Data Entry experience
Previous experience with sensitive customer data
Education:
Associate

1-4 years
Qualifications:
1-3 years in customer service or related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous experience with an customer account software (CRM???s)
