Responsibilities:
Analyze and monitor standard costs, actual costs, and variances across production processes, including materials, labor, and overhead.
Support month-end cost closing activities, including inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and variance reporting.
Investigate and explain manufacturing variances and provide actionable recommendations to operations and finance leadership.
Maintain and update standard cost models in SAP CO, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production realities.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Manufacturing Cost Analysis
Budget & Forecasting
Support the annual budgeting process for manufacturing operations, including cost center planning and overhead allocation.
Prepare monthly and quarterly cost forecasts, comparing actuals to budget and identifying trends or risks. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations summarizing cost performance and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment between operational plans and financial forecasts.


Reporting & Systems

Maintain and enhance cost reporting dashboards and financial models using SAP and Excel.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA for cost-related transactions.
Support internal and external audits by preparing cost documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 5 or more years of cost analysis or cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Hands-on experience with SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP FICO, or SAP S/4HANA
Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost structures
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment
