Responsibilities:
Support Finance and Accounting functions with a primary focus on bi-weekly and bi-monthly payroll administration and related journal entries.
Manage 401(k) contribution entries, ensuring accurate reporting and timely uploads to the plan administrator.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain precision in QuickBooks classifications and postings.
Update essential weekly financial tracking reports, including cash flow, sales data, and internal KPI spreadsheets.
Collaborate on month-end and year-end close tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and annual adjusting entries.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience reconciling year-end tax returns with internal financial statements.
Ability to identify and suggest improvements for tracking internal KPIs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience using QuickBooks for daily accounting and transaction posting.
Strong Excel proficiency, specifically with formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
Solid understanding of core accounting concepts and end-to-end payroll processing.
Ability to work independently while maintaining impeccable financial records.
