Work Schedule: 7am-3pm (Monday - Friday)
What You'll Do:
- Process accurate payroll entries for our union employees.
- Execute customer billing and invoicing processes.
- Assist the internal office team with various administrative duties.
- Keep precise track of employee sick and vacation leave.
- Ensure strict compliance with month-end accounting duties.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven experience in payroll management specifically within a union setting.
- A strong, practical understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy, paired with strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to analyze financial data and quickly identify discrepancies.
- Top-tier organizational skills and a deep understanding of workplace confidentiality.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience working in the industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical services sector.
- Familiarity with specialized ERP or billing software.
- An Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
