Accounts Payable Specialist
We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a fitness equipment supplier in the Cottage Grove area. Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with full 40-hour weeks during peak season
Long-term temporary position with contract-to-hire potential
Location: Cottage Grove, Wisconsin
What You’ll Do
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
Manage and organize a busy shared accounting email inbox
Handle credit card reconciliations and support inventory tracking
Perform accounts receivable cash postings and customer aging reconciliations as needed
Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal team members across multiple sites
What You’ll Bring
3-5 years of combined experience with a strong focus on accounts payable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting
Previous experience using SAP software is highly preferred
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule without hands-on supervision
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
