Responsibilities:
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will ensure that financial obligations are met accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Processing and coding a high volume of invoices with precision.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies with a helpful, problem-solving approach.
Reviewing expense reports to ensure they align with internal policies.
Assisting with the preparation of weekly check runs and electronic transfers.
Maintaining organized digital and physical financial records for easy retrieval.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with specialized accounting software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
An Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment where prioritizing tasks is essential.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
Strong proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for basic spreadsheets and data tracking.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
