Responsibilities:
Your initial responsibilities will focus on Accounts Payable (AP), but your duties may expand as you gain experience. You will be instrumental in the following:
Handling multi-line phone calls and looking up information to assist vendors.
Managing and distributing daily mail.
Reviewing travel claims for auditing and processing.
Performing general office duties and other tasks as needed.
You'll be trained on key processes, with a specific focus on handling travel claims, especially during the high-volume period from November 1st to December 31st, following the annual conference.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with SCEIS is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to:

Think critically to solve problems effectively.
Communicate clearly and professionally on the phone and in writing.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Prove proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Testing will be required.)
