(Payroll for 7 employees)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Financial Disbursements: Disburse HRA funds upon approval of invoices and maintain daily cash balances against receipts.Banking Procedures: Prepare and balance deposits, examine receipts for accuracy, and perform manual deposits at the bank.Payroll Management: Prepare and verify monthly payrolls, collect time sheets, and maintain records for leave, insurance, and salary changes.Tax and Reporting: Calculate and pay state/federal taxes and medical premiums; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and HUD reports.Data Reconciliation: Accumulate, post, and reconcile data for specific accounts and payroll against invoice registers to resolve discrepancies.

Education: High school diploma or GED (Degrees above this may substitute for experience).Experience: Three (3) - Five (5) years of directly related experience in administrative or financial duties.Technical Knowledge: Experience with HRA/HUD accounting systems or general accounts payable and bank reconciliation.Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to write concise reports.Licensing: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
