**This is a 4 month Contract Position**
Responsibilities:
Manages and reconciles operational and capital budgets; prepares financial reports for leadership decision-making.
Generates reports related to financial operations, procurement activities, and asset inventories.
Supports project financials by tracking expenditures, managing procurement needs,and preparing budget updates.
Coordinates procurement activities including purchase orders, vendor invoicing,and contract renewals; ensures compliance with institutional policies.
Collaborates with Legal, IT, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to manage contract documentation and vendor risk assessments.
Assists with vendor onboarding, contract reviews, and maintaining SOC documentation to support cybersecurity risk management.
Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance practices.
Engages in continuous learning and professional development to enhance administrative, fiscal, and operational expertise.
Develops and maintains asset management systems, including tracking,reconciliation, and surplus asset disposition.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
