an Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be

Responsibilities:
??? Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries
??? Develop a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate
information and assistance
??? Prepare and issue client invoices; receive, verify, and apply payments accurately
??? Follow up on outstanding balances and communicate with clients regarding past-
due invoices
??? Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure high-quality
service delivery
??? Maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions within our CRM system
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to walk up one flight of stairs
- Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, accounting software, and Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor
- Bilingual skills are a plus
