Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Assist program managers with planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, including tracking deliverables and milestones.
- Compile and organize program data; prepare reports and maintain accurate records for evaluation and compliance.
- Provide administrative assistance to the program team and leadership (calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation).
- Support the planning and execution of community events, workshops, trainings, and special projects.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Familiarity with first steps programs, early childhood initiatives, or nonprofit operations.
- Knowledge of basic budgeting, procurement processes, and grant compliance reporting.
- Experience with community outreach and data tracking systems (e.g., Excel spreadsheets, state reporting tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and basic project management tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, program assistance, or a similar administrative role.
