Spherion Vermont is seeking an Administrative & Communications Coordinator to support a non-profit organization that supports girls through cycling and mentorship. The position provides administrative support across the organization, with a focus on office administration, communications, marketing, and fundraising. While the role supports the organization and its programs nationwide, it is primarily an administrative position based in the Vermont office, with a focus on organizational operations rather than direct program delivery or in-person program support. Responsibilities:
Communications & Operations: Manage organizational email communications, routine correspondence, team calendars, meeting scheduling, and AI meeting tools.
Travel & Office Management: Coordinate staff travel bookings, maintain office supplies, manage printed materials, handle purchasing, and oversee the office supply budget.
Data & Expense Tracking: Process approved expense reimbursements, maintain organizational data, records, and donor files, and send fundraising acknowledgements.
Marketing & Digital Media: Manage photo uploads, photo library, and photo usage; support social media, marketing, and recruitment materials; and make routine website updates.
Development Support: Provide administrative support for general fundraising and development activities.
Professional Standards: Maintain clear, consistent, prompt, and reliable communication across the organization while adapting as priorities, projects, and procedures change.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience with website management, marketing, or fundraising in an office environment.
(Note: No mountain bike skills or program experience required.)

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative or related experience.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Canva.
Ability to learn and work comfortably with databases, registration platforms, and AI tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to team goals and work effectively with a wide range of personalities.
