Key Responsibilities:
Production Documentation & Order Management: Accurately print and prepare essential tags for the production floor, ensuring all materials are clearly identified. Efficiently enter and process orders, maintaining precision and timeliness to support production schedules.
Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to the generation of critical production reports, providing valuable insights into operational performance and helping to identify areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance & Inventory Control: Conduct thorough daily line audits to uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency. Assist with monthly inventory management, playing a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting supply chain integrity.
Operational Support & Team Collaboration: Be a flexible and supportive team member, readily assisting with rework tasks on the production floor as needed. Your willingness to pitch in and help wherever necessary will be a key asset to our collaborative environment.
Front Desk & Logistics Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, providing clear and helpful directions to truckers arriving for load pickups, ensuring a seamless and organized flow of goods.
