Responsibilities:
Logistics Support: Assist the Lead Driver in navigating to commercial partners and vendors to stage and load daily inventory.
- Heavy Lifting & Unloading: Partner with the Lead Driver to safely load, secure, and unload heavy appliances from a 26-foot box truck at various job sites.
- Appliance Installation: Execute the unboxing, assembly, and installation of various appliances at customer locations. You will utilize basic hand tools (fully provided by the company) to ensure units are properly connected, leveled, and fully functional.
- Site Management: Ensure the delivery site is kept clean and safe, removing all packaging materials and debris upon completion of the installation.
- Customer Engagement: Represent the company with professionalism, answering basic customer questions and ensuring complete satisfaction before departing the site.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in keeping the company vehicle cabin and cargo areas clean, organized, and ready for deployment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina; must be able to regularly lift, maneuver, push, and pull heavy appliances (frequently exceeding 50+ lbs) alongside a partner.
- Hands-on, mechanical mindset with the ability to safely and effectively use basic hand tools for equipment assembly and installation.
- Strong team-player mentality with the ability to take direction, communicate effectively, and work seamlessly with your Lead Driver.
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from our central dispatch facility daily (your workday will begin and end at the company facility).
- Availability to work a consistent Monday through Saturday schedule.
