We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Lead Delivery & Installation Professional to join our logistics operations team. In this customer-facing role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for operating a company-provided 26-foot box truck to execute daily pick-ups and residential/commercial installations. Responsibilities:
- Fleet Operation: Safely drive and operate a 26-foot company box truck along designated routes. (No CDL required).
- Vendor & Route Management: Navigate to various commercial partners and vendor warehouses to securely load appliances for the day's scheduled deliveries.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with your Installation Specialist to safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy appliances using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- White-Glove Installation: Perform accurate and efficient installations of home and commercial appliances at customer sites using basic hand tools (all tools and safety equipment are provided by the company).
- Customer Experience: Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional communication, respect for the client's property, and final product walkthroughs.
- Compliance & Safety: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs, and adhere to all state transportation laws and company safety protocols.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (a Motor Vehicle Record check will be conducted).
- Prior experience driving a box truck or large commercial delivery vehicle (up to 26 ft) is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to consistently lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy, bulky items (frequently exceeding 50+ lbs) with a partner.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating basic hand tools for appliance installation.
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from our central dispatch facility each day (shifts begin and end at the facility).
- Availability to work a consistent Monday through Saturday schedule.
